Hi guys! what´s up?

 I think that majority of people have a cellphone, why?. Because it has become  part of our daily life, for example we can communicate, play games, search for information, find places and a infinity of things. Personaly i think that now in 2023 i can't live without my cellphone, actually sometimes i go out without it and it makes me feel really anxious because i can't talk with the persons that i'm going to meet

We create in some way a dependence on cellphones, one example could be the subway, there is always people in their phones, looking at instagram, reading, talking with their friends, etc

But despite of that things is the piece of technology that i like the most and i recommend that you use it with moderation so that your phone won't take a lot of time out of your life and so that way you can be productive and don't have an extreme dependency.
